Privacy notice
This notice explains how First Call Pages uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us or become a client.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
The data controller is William Borrow, a sole trader trading as First Call Pages.
Business address: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB
Email: will@firstcallpages.com
Information we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- your name, role, business name and contact details;
- the contents of enquiries, project briefs, correspondence and feedback;
- business materials you provide, such as logos, images, testimonials and website access details;
- invoice, payment status and transaction information, but not your complete card details; and
- limited technical and security information recorded by our website and hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
We normally receive information directly from you. For relevant business-to-business contact, we may also use information published on business websites, directories or professional profiles.
The enquiry helper on the homepage prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your message to us or save it in browser storage. You can open the draft in your email app or copy it; we receive it only if you send the email. Your email provider handles the message under its own terms and privacy notice.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
- Enquiries and quotations: to respond to you and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- Client projects: to provide, administer and support the contracted service.
- Business administration: for invoicing, record-keeping, fraud prevention, service security and establishing or defending legal claims. We rely on legal obligations and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.
- Relevant B2B outreach: to introduce our services to organisations where we believe they may be relevant. We rely on legitimate interests and provide a clear way to object. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails to sole traders or similar individual subscribers where prior consent is required.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the information needed to process and protect the transaction under its own privacy notice. First Call Pages does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Who receives information?
We disclose information only where needed to operate the service, including to Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy for business email, Stripe for payments, OpenAI Sites for website hosting, and professional advisers or public authorities where required. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the relevant provider's lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we retain it
- Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted after 12 months.
- Client contracts, approvals, invoices and related financial records are normally retained for six years.
- Project access credentials are removed after handover when they are no longer needed.
- A minimal suppression record may be kept so that we can honour a request not to receive marketing.
- Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's security and retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain information in a portable form. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
To exercise a right or raise a concern, email will@firstcallpages.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and automated decisions
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or automated decision-making. Essential technical functions or the hosting provider may use strictly necessary storage or security measures. If non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.

We may update this notice when our services or providers change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
